2. The Tipping Mechanism
In addition to the size of the project, it is important to consider how many people will be operating the mixer. This refers to the tipping of the concrete. The majority of concrete mixers designed for foot operation will allow for single user operation; therefore, they would not be suitable as a sale to projects requiring more than single user operation. If the new owner plans to work alone, it may be best for them to consider a mixer machine with a foot lever as they will need to tip/pour the concrete from the wheelbarrow to the pump.
3. The Power Source
Concrete mixers are available in three separate power source varieties: those powered by electricity, those powered by petrol, and those powered by diesel. If you are opting to sell a diesel concrete mixer, it is important that there is an ample amount of the correct fuel to power the item. If there is no fuel source on the construction site, it is essential that there is access to a power source with an extension cord.
